25th Apr 2022 — Land & General Berhad (L&G) has announced a collaboration with Affin Bank to bring forth a new financing solution for homeowners, in the ‘HELLO’ campaign.
The ‘HELLO’ campaign is powered by ‘HOME STEP FAST’ programme, a financing solution introduced by Affin Bank. The solution aims to make owning a home more accessible to the public by offering lower monthly installments whereby only payment is the interest portion for the first 5 years—opening more opportunities for the younger buyers.
Introduced with the tagline of “HomeOwnership Made Easy, Pay Less Save More”, the campaign will be available to all L&G’s development projects, namely; Astoria Ampang in Jalan Ampang, Damansara Seresta in Bandar Sri Damansara, and SenaParc in Senawang Seremban. All of which, together, displayed an impressive combined GDV of more than RM1.5 Billion.
The projects are part of the ‘SIGnature’ Collection which presents a unique concept of nature-inspired design homes to create a future for healthy lifestyles and sustainable living.
Designed by one of Malaysia’s Top 10 Architects, Astoria Ampang is one of the biggest landscape and waterscape projects in the KL city. The development offers 253 apartment units, 7 units per floor, with 1 to 4 bedrooms within 560 sq ft and 1,505 sq ft. It is located near KLCC and Pavillion, with an abundance of amenities, including 20 embassies, 9 educational institutes, and 6 medical centres. The 2nd phase of Astoria Ampang is priced from the starting range of RM680,000.
