Golden Village Properties Celebrates Key Handover Ceremony for Residensi Pauh Harmoni 

SEBERANG PERAI TENGAH, PENANG | 26 APRIL 2026 – Golden Village Properties (GVP) marked a major milestone with the successful Key Handover Ceremony for Residensi Pauh Harmoni, a Rumah MutiaraKu (RMKu) Type C affordable housing development completed in collaboration with the Lembaga Perumahan Negeri Pulau Pinang (LPNPP).

The ceremony was officiated by YB Dato’ Seri Sundarajoo A/L Somu, Penang State EXCO for Housing and Environment, who reiterated the Penang State Government’s commitment to ensuring accessible, safe, and quality housing for families, especially within the B40 and M40 income groups.

Residensi Pauh Harmoni represents GVP’s first high-rise residential development in Seberang Perai, reflecting the company’s strategic growth and continued commitment to delivering quality developments on time. The successful completion of the project further highlights GVP’s dedication to construction excellence and efficient project execution.

The seven-storey development comprises 112 residential units ranging from 800 to 900 square feet, each thoughtfully designed with three bedrooms and two bathrooms to provide practical and comfortable living spaces. Emphasising natural lighting and ventilation, the development also features a range of lifestyle facilities including a swimming pool, gymnasium, playground, multipurpose hall, and a multi-tier security system to enhance residents’ quality of life.

Deputy Managing Director of GVP, Eugene Fong Chuen, shared that the successful completion of Residensi Pauh Harmoni was made possible through the strong collaboration and support of various stakeholders, including government agencies, local authorities, property agencies, financial institutions, contractors, consultants, and the surrounding community.

“This project goes beyond physical development. It is about creating a sustainable and harmonious community for families to thrive in. We sincerely appreciate the trust and confidence placed in us by our purchasers, many of whom are stepping into homeownership for the very first time. Being part of such an important journey is truly meaningful to us,” he said.

In line with its corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts, Golden Village Properties also undertook infrastructure enhancement works in the surrounding area, including road upgrading and resurfacing initiatives aimed at improving accessibility, comfort, and safety for the local community.

The ceremony also featured a symbolic key handover to 30 homebuyers, signifying the beginning of a new chapter as they move into their new homes.
