Jeff Lu, as the Sales and Marketing Director and the face of Minyak V.W Sdn Bhd, not only successfully lead the company to record breaking milestone, he has created multiple job opportunities and a safe environment for his people to work in.
Not like the usual leaders who leads in a macro management behavior, he often gets his hand dirty in the field operation for constant improvisation of SOP and apply innovation into the operation.
He never dreamed about success, he work for it. Refusing to be an average Joe, He has carefully plan his career path that has given him a great scope of understanding of various industry. Aviation, Real Estates , Hospitality and even Cosmetics are not the only few that has contributed to his success.
With the ability to communicate in multilingual, he has the gift of intuition of connecting with people. He cares, he pursues, he works for the people in his community.
With that he has been recognized as the leader of Sabah with the title of Area Sabah Chairman, JCI Malaysia in 2016, SME Rising Star Award 2017, SME Young Entrepreneurs Award In 2018 and The Passionate Icon of The Year 2019.
