River Park Marks Malton’s First Topping-Out of 2025

Kuala Lumpur, 18 August 2025 – Malton Berhad (Malton) has reached a key milestone with the topping-out of River Park in Bangsar South, its first topping-out ceremony of 2025. This marks the structural completion of the GreenRE-certified high-rise, which has already achieved an 80% take-up rate and remains firmly on track for completion in the third quarter of 2026. To date, the project has also recorded 2.5 million safe man-hours with zero Lost Time Injury, reinforcing Malton’s commitment to construction safety and excellence.

According to Malton’s Executive Director, Datuk Hong, the topping-out ceremony represents more than just a construction milestone; it reaffirms the Group’s dedication to providing well-built homes on schedule. He noted that the strong response from buyers reflects the enduring appeal of River Park’s strategic location and lifestyle offering. Ideally located between Old Klang Road and the vibrant Bangsar South enclave, the project is just minutes from Mid Valley City and enjoys excellent connectivity through a wide range of public transport options. Datuk Hong added that Malton’s vision for River Park is not only to provide modern, sustainable homes, but also to contribute to the continued growth and vibrancy of the Bangsar South area.

From the outset, Malton has prioritised accessibility for residents. A RM25 million infrastructure investment is currently underway to construct an exclusive road link to the Federal Highway and the New Pantai Expressway (NPE), scheduled to be completed in tandem with River Park. Connectivity will be further enhanced by the upcoming MRT 3 Circle Line Pantai Permai Station, located approximately 1km from the project site, as well as a new 300-metre pedestrian walkway providing direct access to the Angkasapuri KTM Station. By late 2026, River Park is expected to welcome over 1,300 families, bringing renewed vibrancy and opportunities to the surrounding community.

With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM1 billion, River Park comprises three residential towers offering 1,332 condominium units in a mix of two- and three-bedroom layouts ranging from 812 to 1,180 sq ft. Sustainability is at the core of the development, which has been awarded a provisional GreenRE Bronze certification for its eco-friendly features, including eight EV charging stations. To enhance construction efficiency and quality, the project also adopts advanced technologies such as the Industrialised Building System (IBS) and Building Information Modelling (BIM).

As River Park nears completion, Malton is also progressing with its collection of signature developments throughout the Klang Valley and beyond. Among them is Mutiara Lake Puchong, a lakeside condominium project scheduled for launch in 3Q 2025. This 35-storey residential tower will feature 526 units sized between 1,022 and 1,345 sq ft, designed with families and multi-generational living in mind. With a projected GDV of RM400 million, the project will offer convenient connectivity, situated about 1km from the Pusat Bandar Puchong LRT Station and with direct access to the Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP).
