The Properties HOC Covers

With a collaboration of many major developers in the real estate industry, HOC aspires to provide a wide variety of qualifying properties to suit buyers taste. The registered properties HOC covers are valued between RM300,000 to RM2.5 Million.

They are also registered with the following authority for each region:

  • Peninsular Malaysia – Real Estate & Housing Developers’ Association Malaysia (REHDA)
