The collaboration brings together expertise in property development, premium hospitality management and globally recognised wellness offerings to create a more immersive and experience-driven hospitality ecosystem. By combining their respective strengths, the three parties aim to deliver elevated living and hospitality experiences that cater to the growing demand for comfort, wellness, exclusivity and personalised service among modern urban dwellers and travellers.

Under the partnership, Five Senses by WIT Ventures Sdn Bhd will spearhead the hospitality operational framework, curating seamless, service-oriented guest experiences across selected Armani Group developments. Complementing this, L’OCCITANE en Provence will integrate its signature range of premium hospitality amenities and wellness-inspired products across key guest touchpoints, enhancing the sensory and lifestyle experience for residents and visitors alike.

The collaboration also reflects a shared vision to introduce a more holistic approach to urban hospitality living, where thoughtful design, personalised service and wellness-centric experiences come together to create long-term lifestyle value.

“This collaboration marks a meaningful milestone in our continued commitment to redefining urban living through strategic partnerships with globally respected hospitality and lifestyle brands. Today’s consumers are no longer seeking just a property investment; they are looking for meaningful experiences, premium services and sustainable long-term value. Through this collaboration, we aim to strengthen these elements across our developments while elevating the overall hospitality experience,” said William Lau.

“We are honoured to be part of this collaboration alongside Armani Hallson KLCC and Five Senses. At L’OCCITANE, we believe hospitality goes beyond functionality; it is about creating memorable sensorial experiences that leave a lasting impression. Through our premium amenities and wellness philosophy, we hope to bring together sensorial pleasure, proven efficacy and sustainability to enrich every guest journey,” said Elida Wong.

Meanwhile, Thow Calvin described the collaboration as a transformative step towards redefining luxury hospitality experiences in Malaysia.

“Armani Hallson KLCC represents the future of ‘Urban-Resort’ living, a place where luxury, tranquillity and sophisticated hospitality coexist seamlessly within the heartbeat of the city. Our philosophy revolves around the ‘Art of Living,’ where every detail is intentionally curated to inspire comfort, elegance and emotional connection.

“By incorporating L’OCCITANE’s rich botanical heritage into our hospitality DNA, we are crafting an elevated sensory experience that transcends conventional hospitality standards. From the ambience to the smallest guest touchpoints, every aspect is designed to create a refined sanctuary amidst the energy of urban life,” he said.

Armani Hallson KLCC, a multiple award-winning development by Armani Group, will be the first project to implement the initiative, with plans for a progressive rollout across selected developments within the Group’s portfolio.
