Annabel Triumphs in Inaugural International Miss Chinese and Malaysia Goddess Competition 2023

Triple Crown Winner to Represent Malaysia at TVB International Miss Chinese Pageant in Macau

September 30th – Kuala Lumpur’s Annabel Chen, a 23-year-old contestant, emerged as the triumphant champion in the inaugural International Miss Chinese and Malaysia Goddess Competition 2023. Annabel’s remarkable victory included not only the prestigious title but also the Most Creative Goddess Award and the People’s Goddess Award, making her a triple crown winner. With total prizes amounting to RM 115,500, she will also be the face of Malaysia at the TVB International Miss Chinese Pageant in Macau on February 25th next year.

Annabel spoke at the post-competition press conference, expressed her joy and humility, “The results of this competition have exceeded my expectations. I never thought I would win the championship.” She plans to share her success by treating her family and friends to a meal as a token of appreciation for their unwavering support.

In preparation for the TVB International Miss Chinese Pageant, Annabel has committed to improving her Cantonese language skills and achieving a more ideal physique. RS SIS Management’s founder, Summer Liu Wei Yi, shared Annabel’s dedication, including her impressive 8-kilogram weight loss achieved through a disciplined diet.

The distinguished panel of judges praised Annabel’s performance and commended her courage, intelligence, and confidence. Annabel’s victory represents Malaysia with pride and promises to make her mark on the international stage.

The competition featured a rigorous series of rounds that culminated in the final five contestants. Annabel’s eloquent response to the question, “What is the biggest difference between people?” showcased her wisdom and earned her the Most Creative Goddess Award and the People’s Goddess Award.

In addition to her championship, Crystal Liu Jing Wei secured second place, while Amanda Zhang Zhi Shan claimed third place. The competition showcased the talent and grace of these remarkable women.
