“When we first launched M Centura in 2017 under our “Reinvent Affordability” initiative back then, we aim to reinvent what it means to be affordable and develop more affordably priced homes to cater to market’s supply-demand gap. The fully sold out M Centura speaks for itself as the wholesome package of the project fits our home buyers’ need. We take pride in understanding the market needs for affordable homes and this is the key success recipe that we replicate for our projects.”
