Mah Sing’s M Centura attains 89% completion with M Arisa on the rise

M Centura is expecting to deliver Vacant Possession in Q4 2021 and M Arisa 4th Phrase is open for sales!

Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) continues on its strong momentum with the second topping up ceremony for M Centura, which is currently 89 per cent complete and is on track for vacant possession targeted in Q4 2021.

Those present at the ceremony were Mah Sing’s Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Ho Hon Sang, the management team of Mah Sing, and the main contractors involved in developing the project.

The first project of Mah Sing’s to be built in Sentul, M Centura, has a rough gross development value (GDV) estimation of RM570million. Its location is strategically set 5KM from the Kuala Lumpur city centre, granting easy access throughout the city and suburbs via trunk roads and highways, including DUKE Highway, Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) as well as Karak Highway.

Mah Sing has demonstrated time and again their emphasis in safeguarding the welfare of construction workers. The M Centura project has recorded over 4.2 million safe man-hours without Lost Time Injury.

In addition to the topping up ceremony, the Group has announced their second project in Sentul, M Arisa to record a strong 90% take-up rate for three phrases. The 4th phase is now open for sale.

M Arisa sits on 3.31 acres of land with an estimated GDV of RM652million. It features an urban forest concept to mainly targeting first-time homebuyers, upgraders and young families.

“With the HOC coming to an end on 31 May 2021 and the current low interest rate environment, home buyers should grab this opportunity to quickly secure their ideal home while enjoying the incentives from the government. M Arisa will also be equipped with various green features offering an improved and quality living environment. The project consists of 1 to 4 bedrooms, with the most affordable partial furnished units priced from RM299,000.
