Surrounded by Ipoh’s dramatic limestone hills, Sunway Lost World of Tambun offers considerably more than your average water park.
The sprawling attraction combines a Water Park, Amusement Park, Lost World Petting Zoo, Adventure Park and Hot Springs & Night Park, giving visitors plenty to pack into one day.
One fascinating fact? The limestone landscape surrounding Ipoh is estimated to be around 400 million years old, meaning your family day out comes with a little dose of prehistoric history.
And once the sun goes down, the fun continues at the Hot Springs & Night Park.

4. ESCAPE Penang

Forget sitting quietly on a traditional theme park ride. At ESCAPE Penang, you are expected to climb, jump, slide, swing and occasionally question your life choices.
Set among Penang’s tropical landscape, the park features more than 40 rides and attractions spread across its adventure and water attractions. The park is divided into Adventureplay, Waterplay and Gravityplay, featuring zip lines, obstacle courses, jumps, slides and plenty of ways to test your courage.
And here is a fun fact worth shouting about: ESCAPE Penang is home to four Guinness World Records, including the 1,111-metre Longest Tube Water Slide and the 1,135-metre Longest Zip Coaster.

The theme park itself features eight themed lands and more than 40 rides, shows and attractions, while the water park has more than 20 slides and water-play areas. SEA LIFE Malaysia adds another dimension, featuring 25 display tanks, 11 habitat zones and more than 13,000 sea creatures from 120 species.
LEGOLAND Malaysia offers several 1-day ticket options, so visitors can choose between the Theme Park, Double-Park or Triple-Park experience. Theme Park admission starts from RM205 for adults and RM175 for children and seniors, while the Double-Park ticket covering the Theme Park and SEA LIFE starts from RM285 for adults and RM225 for children and seniors.
